How to Enter

All entrants must submit a document of no more than 5 A4 pages that covers the key criteria set out for the category they are entering.

Before submitting your entry, please review the Terms and Conditions and ensure the following:

All activities mentioned in support of your entries must have been ongoing within the past 12 months.
The submitting party must have an office in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, and the projects supporting their entry must have occurred in these areas, unless otherwise specified in the category criteria.
Ensure your submission emphasizes factual information supported by facts and figures.

Before you submit your entry, please ensure the following:

Entry Document: Your submission must be a maximum of 5 A4 pages in PDF format, including all supporting materials such as graphs and testimonials. A cover page is not required. The PDF should be in Portrait format.

50-word Entry Summary (300 characters max): Provide a concise summary of your entry in the third person. This summary will be included in the Awards' event guide.
2 High-Quality JPEG Photos relevant to your entry: Ensure these are at least 300dpi. These photos will represent your entry in the Awards' audio-visual presentation.

*Please note: No collages, logos, watermarks, or CGI are permitted.

Maximum File Size: Each file must not exceed 8 MB.

To submit your entry, please select the category that you wish to enter here and follow these steps:

Entrant Details
- This includes your contact details, organisation information, project information, and your 50-word entry summary.

File Upload 

Upload the following:
- 5-page PDF entry document in A4 size. Please note that your entry document must be less than 8MB and in PDF format, otherwise the system will not allow you to continue.
- Organisation logo. Please submit your image in either JPG or PNG format, ensuring a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The file size should not exceed 8MB

Terms and Conditions

You will also be asked to accept:
- Our Terms and Conditions. Acknowledge that by proceeding, you commit to sending at least one representative to attend the Awards Ceremony in the event of your organisation being shortlisted.

Trophy Recipient
- Provide confirmation of your organisation's designated representative who will accept the trophy at the Awards ceremony in the event of your entry winning.
