JIADE LIMITED, a provider of education support services for adult education institutions in China, has entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with South Korea-based Chinalink Education Group, according to Yuan Li, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of JIADE LIMITED.

Yuan Li said, "We believe that our cooperation with Chinalink will represent a meaningful step in our efforts to develop an international presence and in strengthening AI-driven education solutions."

The MOU establishes a framework for collaboration across multiple educational areas, including vocational education, AI-enhanced teacher training, study-abroad preparation programmes, and curriculum development. "The partnership will leverage Chinalink’s relationships with Korean government bodies to promote JIADE’s products in Korean public education," Li added.

JIADE and Chinalink plan to jointly develop AI teacher systems, multilingual recognition tools, and personalised learning recommendation algorithms. The collaboration also aims to create bilingual Chinese-Korean digital curriculum resources covering K-12 education, adult learning, and language learning, while exploring future education technologies such as large-model AI and education metaverse solutions.

JIADE LIMITED delivers software-driven and service-based solutions through its Kebiao Technology Educational Administration Platform, which manages enrollment, student tracking, and graduation processes. The company supports more than 17 adult education institutions and around 80,000 students across China, Li noted.

The firm reported 13.19% revenue growth over the past twelve months with a gross profit margin of 42.51%, although it is not yet profitable. "With a current ratio of 2.25, JIADE maintains sufficient liquidity to cover short-term obligations, supporting its expansion initiatives," said Li.
