US-based EdTech company Panorama Education has named Lucy Zarlengo as Chief Marketing Officer to advance the company’s growth and AI initiatives in K–12 education. The Boston-based EdTech firm focuses on improving student outcomes through data-driven insights, supporting districts nationwide.
Zarlengo brings extensive experience scaling technology companies, including roles at Employ, Bonterra, Dell, and Dun & Bradstreet. Her appointment aims to align Panorama’s marketing strategy with its mission to enhance student success, operational performance, and educator support.
The move comes as Panorama launches Solara with Class Companion, integrating AI-driven analysis and classroom feedback tools. The platform delivers real-time, rubric-aligned insights that enable teachers to strengthen instruction, track student progress, and accelerate learning.
Panorama’s software collects and analyses academic, attendance, and behavioural data, providing educators with actionable insights. The platform supports professional development while enabling districts to identify trends, address learning gaps, and prepare students for graduation and life beyond school.
Zarlengo emphasised that her role combines her expertise in growth strategy with her personal commitment to improving student outcomes. “In this role I will be able to blend my strengths with my passion for improving student outcomes alongside an incredibly dedicated team,” she said.
Aaron Feuer, CEO and Co-founder, noted that Zarlengo’s leadership will sharpen the company’s go-to-market strategy and accelerate its expansion into AI-powered solutions for schools. Her experience in marketing transformation is expected to help Panorama communicate its mission clearly to school districts, educators, and families.
Panorama’s reach includes 15 million students across 25,000 schools and 2,000 districts in the US, leveraging secure, research-backed AI to deliver meaningful insights. The company’s combination of technology and professional development positions it as a partner for districts aiming to improve academic performance and student well-being.
