National College of Ireland will host a four-day festival from 24–27 March exploring autism friendly approaches in neighbourhoods, higher education, libraries and workplaces.

Highlights include Dr Stuart Neilson’s film on sensory decolonisation, research into autistic staff experiences in higher education, a panel on inclusive libraries, and a session on harnessing neurodiversity in the workplace. A social media exhibition, #DivergentMinds, will showcase artwork by neurodivergent students, while NCAD hosts an exhibition of Autism Acceptance posters.

The programme culminates on 29 March with an AsIAm employment seminar, designed to connect autistic jobseekers with employers committed to inclusion.
