Amanat exits NLCS Dubai real estate for $123m

Amanat Holdings has agreed to sell the real estate assets of North London Collegiate School Dubai for AED453m ($123m). The move supports its strategy to sharpen focus on core healthcare and education investments. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2025, with Amanat confirming a gain on the sale.
