Teresa Hurley
Project Manager, TU Dublin

Teresa has 30 years’ experience in research, lecturing and managing academic programmes and is currently on secondment with Campus Planning from the Head of School of Management role at Technological University Dublin where she managed a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programmes in the College of Business.
Teresa’s research interests include sports management and marketing where she has disseminated research findings widely and acted as reviewer for international journals/conferences including European Association of Sports Management, North American Society of Sports Management, European Academy of Management, Journal of Management and Research, International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport and Dance, Academy of Management, European Network of Sports Science, Education and Employment Forum, PEPAYS and Leisure Ireland. She regularly contributed to the International Section of Sports Marketing Quarterly in the US, former author of Business Matters for the National Fitness News Journal and is holder of Fiosraigh and Irish Research Council Postgraduate Scholarship Awards.
Teresa sits on the editorial board for the Open Journal of Human Resource Management and is former reviewer for the Sport, Business and Management Journal, former Programme Chair for the European Academy of Management, Sport SIG reviewer, panel member and examiner for various different Universities and Institutes of Technology, former Board Member and Director for the Institute of Leisure & Amenity Management & National Certificate Exercise & Fitness Advisory Board, former member of the Irish Sports Council Task Force for Women in Sport and current member of the Football Association of Ireland Club Licensing Appeals Committee, former Chair GAA Sport SIG, Vice President Muckross Hockey Club and is a former Soccer and Hockey International.
