Finneen Bradley graduated from Ulster University (Magee Campus) in 2007 with a First-class Hons in Business before progressing to the Postgraduate Diploma in Career guidance also at Ulster University in 2008 graduating with a distinction. Finneen began working in NWRC in 2009 as a Careers Adviser for 7 years before taking up the position of Careers Academy Manager and Deputy Head of Learner Services.
The Careers Academy opened in May 2016 and continues to grow from strength to strength with over 40 workshops available. The Careers Academy started with 2 members of staff and has grown to a team of 10 made up of careers advisers, careers academy support officers, progress coaches, an employability officer and a widening access and participation officer. The Careers Academy is differentiated and personalised to ensure progression through activities that are appropriate to students at different stages of career learning. The purpose of the academy is to provide a one stop careers support service. The outcomes are students who successfully progress into higher education and the world of work.

Finneen is currently leading a new partnership at North West Regional College (NWRC) having joined forces with award winning company Elemental Software, in a ground-breaking partnership which will revolutionise the way students can access support services and programmes through social prescribing.
