Donal is the International Affairs Manager at the Carlow Campus of South East Technological University. He is responsible for International Student Recruitment, Partnership & Pathway Development and has been involved in the establishment of overseas programmes and campuses in China and Ghana. Donal is contributing to the next phase of strategic planning for both the new University and the International Office as SETU seeks to position itself as a destination and partner of choice for our overseas stakeholders.
